What data do we collect?

The only information we collect about you is that given when you register with our site or place an order as a guest. This information is requested to offer full and efficient customer service - to ensure we can get the order you placed with us to the intended location in a timely manner. It is our policy not to sell or pass any of the information we collect to any other organisations except for when it is required by any delivery services that have been requested such as DHL and other courier companies or The Royal Mail. The only data shared is that which is relevant to the delivery of your order, and this data is protected by the privacy policies of the companies involved.

Will we transfer your data outside of the European Union?

We would only transfer data to a company outside of the EU if you have especially asked for delivery to be made to a recipient in a country outside of the UK. This would be to a third party delivery company. Please note we only use reputable delivery firms with strong data protection policies.

How do we store your data for and how long do we keep it for?

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Your personal data that has been provided when you order will stay on our website back office which is hosted on secure server. This data will be able to be accessed by you when you login to your account (if you have created one) so you can see any past orders.

If you would like us to delete your order history at any time please contact and we will action that within seven working days.

We keep printed copies of orders for one month in a locked cabinet in our office. This includes details such as who packed each order, what items were ticked off when preparing an order, and any other relevant information that we felt was necessary to note onto the order when packing it. We believe it is important to keep this information for one month to be able to answer any queries you may raise, and also ensure we can review any issues that arise to offer the highest possible customer service level.
